·          All types of insurance can be purchased through licensed brokers in the original Casa Canada Building on the corner of Ave 4 and Street (Calle) 40.  Some types of insurance available are life, medical, fire, flood, earthquake, lightening, liability, auto and travel.

·         Consultation to determine the coverage type, provisions and amounts of insurance for personal requirements is available free.

·          A reminder service is provided when premiums are due.

·         Coverage is checked annually to ensure it is sufficient for the added value of properties and exchange differences in currencies.

·         Assistance is provided to clients in making claims for most types of insurance, including INS medical.

·         Various types of medical insurance are available, including the inexpensive government medical insurance through the Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (CCSS).  ARCR & Casa Canada can help determine which would be the best plan for an individual’s specific needs.
